Influence 2.0

Influence 2.0: (via Church of the Customer ) This is just such I great chart I had to re-post it here.

The influential Web 2.0 meme has spawned Influence 2.0. It’s a new model being proposed by Jim Nail and the folks at Cymfony, an analytics company that measures and interprets consumer-generated and traditional media.

Cymfony has produced a white paper on the subject, but they show how to eat their own dogfood: The white paper is considered to be a first draft, and the marketing community is welcome to contribute to it via a wiki.

The connection to transparency, and transparency’s value in sustainable marketing is important. The more we have consumer/citizen power, the more our environmental and social values can be communicated to the companies and media promoting their products.
